company was incorporated in and under the Laws of Federal Republic of Nigeria on the
second day of February, 2006. Under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990
within corporation number RC 644669 to carry on the business of Marine
transportation services, provide technical and maintenance services to the Oil and Gas
Industries.
